An answer is one response to one question from one participant. This means if you have a 4-question survey and ordered 100 responses, this will require 400 answers.

We offer credit card or invoiced payments options. Credit Card allows you the convenience of jumping right in and the date you pay will be your billing date, monthly.

Invoice payment options allow for monthly, quarterly or annual payments for larger Enterprise opportunities, at which point you will be invoiced accordingly based on your project start date.

For agency and business accounts, you can conveniently pay with any major credit card. Scale and enterprise accounts have the flexibility to choose between credit card payments and invoicing.

Yes, you will receive an invoice for each subscription payment. Invoices contain details about the charges, making it easy for you to keep track of your transactions.

When your subscription is inactive, access to Helio features are suspended. Your data, however, remains accessible and can be downloaded.

You can cancel your account at any time via your admin panel.

To cancel your account, we request a written notice with a 30-day notice period.
