Account Owner

To gain access to Enterprise Helio, first sign-up for an account by entering your email here and clicking the “Try It For Free” button. Follow the steps to confirm your email and enter your information, or move on to the next step if you already have a Helio account.

Once you are signed-in to your Helio account, navigate to the Billing tab on the Team page and enter your payment information. Once your payment information is in the system, reach out to your Helio Ambassador to have your account upgraded to Enterprise!

To invite team members to your Enterprise account, navigate to the Team page of your account. Select “Invite Teammates” in the top right corner, and enter the information for the team members you want to add to your account. Don’t forget to specify whether these new team members should have “Member” or “Admin” access.


From your Helio dashboard…

A new Helio account comes loaded with your first project folder already set up! Use the “Create Project” action in the top right corner of your dashboard to keep track of your different goals as your team begins to expand your use of Helio.

The “Create Test” action is always available in the top right corner of your Helio dashboard. Enter into a new test, select your desired audience, and drop in the ideas or designs you want to get feedback on.

Once you’ve got your questions jotted down and the right audience targeted, you can save your survey and calibrate how many responses you need to collect to get the answers you need.


From the data reporting page…

Once you send your survey, responses will start flowing into your survey in a matter of minutes! Sit back and watch the action, or get a start on your synthesis by creating an observation connected to one of the interesting data points you see.
