Help Center

If you have an Enterprise license, you get answers! Each response to a test question is an Answer. You’ll find your available Answers in the Account section of Helio. In the top navigation, click your Avatar on the right, then click your name.

Every-time you send a test in Helio, you will use Answers. The number of Answers required for each test depends on the number of questions asked.

It breaks down like this:
Number of Tests Questions x Number of Responses = Answers

For example:
A 10 question test that is sent for 100 responses = 1000 Answers

What constitutes a “response?”

A response is collected when one panelist completes your test. An incomplete test does not result a response.

Helio has Enterprise features you can unlock as well. One of the benefits is specifically around the additional audiences you can reach.

  • Define a segmented audience based on pre-defined behaviors or attributes. Example: Women, age 35-45 with a shoe size of 6 who live in the United States.

  • Your lists, which are able to be segmented based on custom attributes defined by your team. Helio can provide you the tools to collect and segment your own audience by creating an embed or opt-in form for participants. From there you can manage and segment your customer list based on attributes and demographics however you’d like.
